Is it really true that the continents are slowly moving away from each other?

Well based on what I know, continents TODAY are currently slowly moving. But some are moving AWAY from each other, and some are moving CLOSER to each other.

But it doesn't mean that the whole territory of that continent are moving the same way. Let's say, for example, although the Philippines is not a continent I'll use it as a basis, It's islands are currently moving and someday, after millions of years later Zamboanga might be a part of Vietnam, Mindanao with United States of America, Bohol with Japan, etc. Something like that, THAT IS FROM MY OWN PERSPECTIVE AND IS WHAT I KNOW. You can search for more informations and clarifications. Though I hope this'll help you.
